Another world of horror is ready to unleash itself for your viewing pleasure, with a story straight out of the pages of Stephen King’s book IT. If you want a scary series to binge watch during the spooky season, this might be right up your alley.

IT: Welcome to Derry is an upcoming series based on Stephen King’s source material. The show will also serve as a prequel to the movies IT: Chapter 1 and IT: Chapter 2. The story of Welcome to Derry takes place in 1962 in Derry, Maine. A young boy mysteriously disappears, and with the arrival of a new couple and their son, it becomes clear that things will only get worse.

With the novel being retold as a series, fans get the opportunity to explore the vast lore Stephen King created – treating audiences to both a good scare and a heartfelt story.
